I'm not sure if I'm getting the runaround or not. I've tested my controller, over WiFi it's horrendous the amount of crackling and popping. When I use it on my computer over USB with a headset, it's mostly fine, but occasionally pops and crackles. I have the Rig 500 and it has cracking when plugged in over WiFi.
