Issues with trial completion

I have just received my Google Stadia today, but when entering my security code it seems to not let me go past that stage. I have entered in my security code correctly many times, but it still is causing an issue.

I have also checked to make sure my Google Pay is setup and it is but its still not working. Has anyone else ever had this issue?
