Impossible to proceed payment of any game wether on the web or the application

Hi,

I have a google stadia pro account and can't proceed to pay any game on the stadia store. I've checked every information in google pay et tried several credit cards, all working perfectly fine otherwise. The same error message "Impossible de finaliser votre transaction. [OR-HDT-01]" keeps appearing and the transaction is impossible to finalize.

Have anyone found a solution to this issue?

this issue is more related to Google Pay instead of Stadia.

You may want to have a look at this support article from Google.

Did you use the credit card in the Google store before?

Hi, thanks for your answer. I already looked at this page and did all the recommended actions. I also sent a message to Google Pay (no answer yet) and contact Stadia Chat (no solution found)

Regarding my credit card, I used it to subscribe Stadia Pro first and then to pay my Stadia Pack online.

I am experiencing the same issue and have found no solution whatsoever... Have you perhaps find one?

Unfortunatly, I don’t have a proper answer for you... Both visa and mastercard were declined at first, but I finally found one working (virtual visa with revolut). I don’t know why this one worked compared to the others... you can give it a try, a virtual card with revolut is free...
