Payment codes not working in Destiny 2

Quick Q. I want to buy some silver in Destiny 2. I click one, and a new window pops up saying that I need to go to g.co/stadia/buy and type the code on the screen. It doesn't work. Every time, it says wrong codes. I am using the same account when I access the webpage. Am I doing something wrong? Any troubleshooting for this? Thanks!

If it doesn't work with one device, try it with another device (e.g. if you are trying on a TV; try instead in Chrome browser or on mobile phone) following this article from the Stadia helpcenter.

If it still doesn't work, I would recommend to contact Stadia support as they might have more troubleshooting steps for you.
