    <description>&lt;P&gt;Same issue. Supposed to get 7 refunds (minus hardware), only gotten 4 of them so far.&lt;BR /&gt;The 3 I haven't received for are AC: Odyssey, Borderlands 3, and The Division 2 - maybe there's a pattern to which ones people aren't getting?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have started receiving refund emails for stadia games. Of all but the 2 most expensive games (cyberpunk and resident evil that I bought on reserve and included a stadia controller and Chromecast) i dont received email for the refund. Why is this happening? Has anyone else received refunds but still have games to refund?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I have the same situation: Some games are refunded, some not (yet), so I believe it's best to be patient and wait a bit. Google stated they plan to process all refunds by Jan 18 2023, so there's still some time left. But yeah they're probably quite busy with all the refunds, so I'd wait a bit longer in your case.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can also all check on pay.google.com if the status next to your games shows "refunded", just to be sure.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If they do, then also check with your banks if they have received the refund somehow. If not and the refund would fail, then you would get an email from Google with further instructions on how to provide an alternate payment method.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I noticed in my particular case btw that the other refund emails I was missing were all together in one email-conversation in Gmail, that's why I didn't spot them in the first place.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
