Hey @Anthony13amaro,

You can check with your bank in this case. If the refund went through successfully (which can still take up 3-5 days, sometimes even longer), then the bank may have received the money. In case the refund is not successful, you would get an email from Google to ask you to provide an alternate payment method. Contacting Stadia Support doesn't help atm since they are quite busy and Google also stated previously that they need until Jan 18 2023 to process all refunds.

Q: I no longer have the form of payment I used to make the purchase. How will I get a refund?
A: In many cases, the banking institution will still accept the refund, and we recommend that you reach out to them to receive your funds. If the banking institution does not accept the refund, we will email you with instructions on the steps you’ll need to take to receive your refund.

Hope this helps!

Hey @sgp2327 did you read my message above? Did you try already checking with your bank if they may have received the refund even though the account was closed?

If not, then keep an eye out for another email from Google, because if a refund is failing, they will send instructions for an alternate payment method.
