      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just noticed that I'm being charged twice for Stadia. One is the standard charge but the other says "family subscription." Do I have to pay for both in order to share my account with my family?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Basically you can share games your purchased with other members of your family as long as they're part of your Google family group (up to 6 people). &lt;P&gt;Have you checked your method of payment and confirm that you're actually getting charged twice? If yes, then that's not supposed to happen. I suggest contacting support and ask them to investigate what's going on&lt;/P&gt;
