look im trying to sign up for free trial but i have had to put credit card info in over 5 times and its still asking me for info and still shows that not signed up yet why????????

@prizoslizut when you tried entering your credit card info, did you get successful notification after submitting the info? Also did do this from computer browser or mobile app? If from computer browser I highly recommend trying Incognito mode or different browser.
