Redeeming code for stadia pro not working

Hi, I received a code for a free month of stadia pro and some minutes ago I tried to redeem it but it does not work!

I did it before the expire date that is at 08:59 on January 16th but nevertheless it says that the code has expired!

Please help me, I don't want to lose it

I am not really sure which offer you had to receive a free month of Stadia Pro, but usually you can find all Terms & Conditions for Stadia offers here on this page. This way you can doublecheck regarding the eligibility.

If you can't find anything there or you're still not sure about the redemption, then I would recommend to get in touch with the Stadia support for further help. They can probably check about the Terms & Conditions as well and maybe also issue you another code. It's worth at least to check with them about it.

How can I contact Google by phone? I tried with the stadia support but it permits me to contact them just through facebook or twitter and I don't have an account on social networks.
