Visa Gift Card Not Working

Hi there, I usually make purchases on the Stadia store using Visa prepaid gift cards. I have literally used 10 other prepaid cards to make purchases and every single one has worked. However this time I went to purchase Hitman 2 and it wouldn’t work. I tried typing in the info multiple times and PayPal and neither worked. I called Visa customer service multiple times and online and the card works and has $20 on it (the hitman bundle is on sale for $14.99) so it must be an error on the Stadia end of things.

Hey @TheOddity04,

have you tested this on multiple devices? Do you get the error on every device? If you have only tried in a browser on a PC for example, try to do it on a mobile phone via Stadia app and see if that solves the issue.

Also: Does an error appear when you try to use that Visa prepaid card? If so: Which error exactly appears?
