Cancel in-game subscription

Hello, I am trying to cancel eso+ monthly subscription that is on auto renewal. Payments are shown in stadia purchases & subs but there is no button to cancel. Stadia support state they cannot cancel subs and ESO state they cannot end payments. Interesting situation that suggests i must pay eso+ for life if i continue to play the game. Is there a way to cancel the in-game subscription on pc. Do i have to delete my stadia account and lose all games because one subscription cannot be cancelled?

Did you try to cancel the subscription from your ESO account?

Try this link account.elderscrollsonline.com. Log as Stadia account. Once you are logged, try to click on manage subscription:

You should be able to see an option to Cancel Membership/Subscription and confirm by clicking Please cancel my membership.

YOU HAVE AN ACTIVE ESO PLUS™ MEMBERSHIP THROUGH STADIA®. PLEASE VISIT HTTPS://STADIA.GOOGLE.COM/ TO MANAGE YOUR MEMBERSHIP. That is the note on ESO. Their support refers you to Stadia. Stadia have details of my monthly payments in purchases & subscriptions but no actual subs box that you can cancel. Stadia support says it cannot end the payments as they are in-game. ESO state they have no current subscription. I cannot log in on ESO with Stadia id, I have a different id on ESO.

I am having the same problem. I talked to Stadia support and they state they have no authority to cancel the subscription, and I must talk to Zenimax support. I have a ticket in with them. It is starting to seem like a rip-off run around.

Nope - using this link brings you to the abo at google, but if you try to remove it google switches to:

And by this you shall use stadia.com ... "circle of hell"

I downloaded the mobile app (on iPhone) and hoped for a last chance.

Believe it or not, I could cancel the abo of ESO here!

Looking in to pay.google.com it really shows the abo will be canceled ASAP.
