You should be able to see it without Stadia pro,

check the store listing for Fifa 22 and Fifa 22 Ultimate Edition the price should be right there!

You just need to register, not to subscribe to Stadia PRO!

If you want to skip the free month of Stadia pro simply run a "free game" to start your account without activating the trial period.
