Card payments

Hi, both my son's mum and I have tried to pay with Visa debit cards and both cards have been declined, multiple times, when there is no reasons for them to. Both accounts are in credit and we're both in the UK. Has anyone else had this problem?

Hey @Nellypj,

there can be different reasons why both of your transactions were unsuccessful.

First of all I would recommend you to check out the TS steps from this article as they usually solve those issues.

Make sure to also check on pay.google.com if you can see there any issue (usually in the top right corner) about your account or about the transaction.

You could also check with your bank if there is any issue with your cards, you mentioned it shouldn't be because of credit, but maybe they blocked the transaction for any reason from their side.

If your cards still don't work, you could also try another payment method like PayPal or Google Play credit or others if available. A list of accepted payment methods for UK you can find here.

And last but not least: If you still have issues, you could also get in touch with the Stadia support to receive more help.
