You changed your payment option and now your Pro subscription has stopped? Or do you want to buy a game?

Hi I have a question how did you fix the No showing ID , cause I’m stuck on that situation and just gave up, can you tell me how you were able to manage that??

Yes I updated my information and I can't seem to get them to renew my pro subscription and when I try to use the link for the chat I can't get passed the 1 2 3 screen

You should not choose any option that is given, just click next. If you do so you should be able to choose contact by chat.
