I pre-ordered resident evil village but my order was canceled (not sure why) I purchased the game again this morning. I am a French resident. Will I still be compatible with the offer including the stadia package?

But it s Also written : Cancellation of pre-order before release of the game voids the Offer

From the Term of Service looks like still eligible, but I recommend you to ensure on this with Stadia Support.
