my friend was at my house and used my phone and ordered 2k on this app and was playing it then i found out about it a week later so i was trying to refund it but i cant may i have a refund please?

You can refund if you meet certain conditions.

You can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase if there is less than 2 hours of play time across all accounts (family and personal). Games may only be returned one time, so if you return a purchased game for a refund and subsequently re-purchase it, you will not be entitled to a refund. This refund is only available for purchased games, and not for add-on content or services.

First way is usually to try a refund via the app or the web and if that doesn't work, you can contact the Stadia team for a refund.

Good luck, if this doesn't work, maybe you should talk with your friend to give you the money back for the game.
