Google Stadia Code missing, after preorder of Resident Evil Village

Hi, i have preordered Resident Evil Village on the 1st of April with the Offer Including a free stadia. But never got the Code for the Google Stadia controller and Chromecast Ultra. Any suggestions what i can do, to claim this offer?

Hello @untobewertit,

This should be correct because you will receive the promo code after the game is released and your pre-order is completed.
Stadia charges you at the moment the game is available to play.

From the terms it should arrive in your mailbox before June 11 2021, 00:59 CEST.

You will not receive the code until after the game has been released and you have paid the money. The code usually comes about a day sometimes 2 after the game release
