I think it’s a pretty disgusting practise that you freely charge people for stuff that’s already paid for under the pro subscription. I mistakenly clicked on the wrong add on for Destiny, and some how you’ve charged me for an add on I already pay for under my pro subscription. You do not offer a refund even though I reported this with in mins! I’ve put in suggestions to include this information as a disclaimer prior to purchasing any content available under pro, if you subscribe.

I fully understand that ANY content I use under pro vanishes if I do not keep up my subscription, so I get why the charge happens. What I don’t understand is why theres no explanation, no way to back out of making the mistakes and no respectful communication at any point. However, if I do not pay the subscription, I’m left with a useless ad on as the base games under the subscription rendering the addons useless!!!! Again, this needs outlining a little more clearly. Again, I understand why it’s happened. I think the lack of information and the ‘we have your money speak to the publisher’ is pretty s*** response

I understand your frustrations, I am not sure we can help you with this here on the community board.
Best thing you can do is send feedback through the Stadia app or stadia.google.com.

It is pretty strange you can buy things you already own on your account though.
