&lt;P&gt;it could be possible that it's not working to use Direct Carrier Billing (paying with a mobile carrier as you want) for the Stadia Pro subscription.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You could check the following:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/4646404" target="_self"&gt;Check with this article&lt;/A&gt; if you can enable the Direct carrier billing via an Android device or the Computer.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Check additionally if it works if you go with your phone to &lt;A href="https://pay.google.com/" target="_self"&gt;pay.google.com&lt;/A&gt; &amp;gt; subscriptions and services &amp;gt; Stadia change payment method. See if you are then able to see and change it.&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If that still doesn't work, you can also &lt;A href="https://support.google.com/stadia/gethelp" target="_self"&gt;check with the Stadia support&lt;/A&gt; if Direct carrier billing is possible (maybe it's a bug and that's why it's not working for you).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
