    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone, I starting this topic because I am kind of in a desperate situation here. I have been encountering big issues with four games that I have bought on the stadia store :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Red Dead Redemption 2 Ultimate edition&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Assassin's Creed Odyssey Ultimate edition&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Borderlands 3 Deluxe edition&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- The Crew 2 Gold edition&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My problem is that whenever I want to open one of these games, the game opens on a black screen then crashes back to the stadia page and this every time for the past months. I know it's a problem on stadia side as I have tried everything, different wifi, device and even country. Nothing worked for me and my problem persisted, so I got into contact with the stadia support to ask for a refund. They opened an case but told me that the games could not be considered as defective. However, I must insist on saying that a game that I cannot access and therefore play at all is defective. So I have four unusable games in my library and nothing that I can do about it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hoping that this message might get to the stadia team.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If that's the case, you're no longer eligible for refund. You can check the refund policy from the following article&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.google.com/stadia/answer/9598538" target="_self"&gt;Stadia return policy&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;A few notes:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Were you able to get the games to work at all after you purchased them, or is this a recent issue? If it has never worked, why did you wait for months before trying to get a refund?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;You mention that you tried playing the games through 'different country'. What country do you reside in right now, and what country is associated to your Stadia account. Is it listed under the &lt;A href="https://support.google.com/stadia/answer/9566513" target="_self"&gt;supported countries&lt;/A&gt;?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Have you done all the steps suggested in this article -&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://support.google.com/stadia/answer/9595943" target="_self"&gt;Troubleshooting your Stadia experience&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;? If not, I suggest giving it a shot.&lt;/LI&gt;

The countries I tried are France and Switzerland and both are supported. I have tried everything I could do like I said above and yes troubleshooting too but I am sure it's a problem on stadias side. It worked the first month I bought them but I haven't played stadia for 8 months maybe and when and it is this month when I used stadia again that I encountered this issues. In the stadia policy it is written :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"&lt;SPAN&gt;If your service, game or add-on content is defective or does not match its description you can request a refund at any time. If you return a game or add-on content for a refund, you will no longer be able to access or use it."&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I am sure you would agree with that a game I cannot access can be considered defective so I am perfectly eligible for a refund.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey Taz,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I might have a solution as I had the same issue with Rage 2 and found a work around that got it back up and running.&amp;nbsp; Go into your "settings", "privacy" and scroll down to "Games using your Friends List" section.&amp;nbsp; Click the button to "off" on the developers' that those games are associated with (sounds like maybe 2K, ubisoft...etc.) so that they no longer have access to your friends' list. Leave it off then try to boot up the game.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It seems weird but that was literally the bug with Rage 2 and once I did that I could play Rage 2 again.&amp;nbsp; Also, if that doesn't work try turning it back on afterwards.&amp;nbsp; If neither of those work than I am sorry about your experiences.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope it works though mate!       <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you playing via Chrome browser? Sometimes extensions can cause these errors so try using Incognito Mode to see if that helps.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
