I dont know If I can post in spanish so Im going to do it in English. I buy the promotion of ciberpunk+ stadia controller + chromecast ultra. I received the game but Im still waiting for the code to purchase the controller and the chromecast.

In your website you said that the code will be received before 16 january, we are at 14 and I domt have any notices or emails.

Did you check in the spam folder? Did you check if you used a different email account? If so, reach Stadia support on this matter!

They didnt help, they said that the promo is over without any mail or anything, and now I cant return the game because its more than 15 days, also they dont give me a phone to call google. Its so sad you buy 3 things and they cant return the money or advice. Im goint to report Google.
