Every time i try to buy Cyberpunk 2077 it says "Your transaction cannot be completed [OR-HDT-01]". I've tried two different cards, on a laptop and my phone, restarted it multiple times, and it still says this. I even bought another game that I didn't want to see if it was all games and that was purchased successfully, so its just a problem with Cyberpunk 2077. There is no costumer service number to call or even a human to contact. I just recieved my whole stadia package yesterday and I just finished setting it up and went to buy and download Cyberpunk 2077 as it is the ONLY reason i bought Stadia. I've tried all the different methods in the HELP and nothing works. How do I successfully buy and stream Cyberpunk 2077????!!!!!!!

Hey @shelljg,

as you've tried some things already, I would recommend because of this specific error to contact the Google Pay team to get this problem fixed. They can help with transaction problems on your account.

If you can't get hold of them, you can also try to contact the Stadia support. Both supports should be able to help you in this matter so that you can hopefully buy Cyberpunk soon.

I had the same problem. Google support couldnt figure it out.

I solved it myself.

1. Install the stadia app on your phone. Open it, make sure its running, etc.

2. Open the web browser on the phone. Search for Stadia Cyberpunk or go to this website: https://stadia.google.com/game/cyberpunk2077?hl=en

3. Click buy now, and it should open the Stadia app on your phone.

4. Complete the buying process on the Stadia app.

Worked for me.

For some reason you cant buy it with a web browser, you need to use the stadia app until they fix it.
