stadia transaction cannot be completed[OR-HDT-01]

hello, I just created an account on stadia and got the 1-month trial pro version. I am trying to purchase F1 2020 on stadia but my transaction gets declined every time. I have tried all the different things in the google help pages, I even used another card but the transaction is still declined

Hey @sebalo,

do you have an Android phone and can try instead doing the transaction in the Stadia app and buy the game there?

If this doesn't help, check out the steps in this article for further assistance.

If your cards don't work, you can also see if you can add another payment method to your account (add it on play.google.com or in the Play Store app) like PayPal or Google Play balance and then try again to purchase it.

You can also try to contact the Stadia support to figure out how to solve this issue.

hello, thanks for the reply

I contacted google pay support about this issue and they said that my email or card needs to be verified. but the thing is when I tried to make the purchase I didn't receive any email asking me to verify anything. I mentioned this to google support and they said they will send me an email with more details.

Did you also check your spam folder to ensure the email was not going there?

Did you try also via Android phone? PayPal for example you can only use when using the Stadia app, it doesn't work when paying in the browser.
