Hello everyone,

I purchased Cyberpunk 2077 as a pre-order a few weeks ago. But I don't have it in my games and currently can't play it either !? Can someone help me there? There was also no e-mail or something.... No failure about the transaction..

Hi there! There were some similar reports of pre-orders being interrupted or cancelled unexpectedly due to problems with other players' banks or credit cards. If your pre-order was affected, you can simply re-purchase and you will still be eligible for the promotion. Sorry to hear about the difficulty!

How can I do that? Do I have to cancel the pre-order first? And how do I make sure that the promotion is still valid?
