Hello, I bought the preorder of Cyberpunk 2077 on the 22.11.2020. On the 5.12.2020 Google unsuccessfully tried to charge my credit card, but it did not work. Today I wanted to fix my payment methode, but it did not work. I cant add another cc and Cyberpunk 2077 is stuck with the sign pre-ordered.

I don"t know, if I bought it and I am unable to pay. What should I do?

I think the best thing to do is contact Stadia support about this issue.

Try contacting them by chat.

Go to the support page and fill out the form without clicking any suggestions and you should be able to open a chat. Please note if one of the suggestions could help you out check them before contacting the chat.
