did you request the refund by doing the following?

Go to your order history on Google Play.
Click the 3 dots on the right side of the game you want to refund.
Click on "Request refund".

In case you don't want to wait any longer, you can also contact the Stadia support and check with them about your refund (as long as it's a refund for Stadia games or Stadia Pro subscription).
