      <title>Can't upgrade to pro due to wrong country billing address</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I live in Portugal, where Stadia is not supported. I had my VPN on set to Germany when I first registered to Stadia and now I can't upgrade to Pro because my billing address in the Google Pay window is set to Germany and I can't change it. What can I do to fix this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Edit: My billing address is only set to Germany in Stadia. In my account information in Google it is correct.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
