      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have bought a game on Stadia some time ago, but eventually I asked for a refund.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Transaction ID:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;CDC.9898-8494-5297-35174&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The problem is: No refund were made to my bank account.
