Stadia keeps freezing

Stadia keeps freezeing on Just Dance 2020. We have to unplug it from the chromecast just to get it too work again. There was a few times that it would freeze and 2 minutes after turning it on it freezes again. There was a few times it did it on the menu too, but it unfreeze then.

I've had this problem in the past.

I'm afraid that the issue is more likely your ISP and connection rather than Stadia itself.

The first port of call should be to contact your ISP and ask them to monitor for a steady connection with no blips.

Stadia is reliant on a consistent data rate, not just a volume. It will test your line like no other service.

My ISP ran a diagnostic, stabilised the line and its never happened since.

Do you experience the same issues with other games as well?
Only on Chromecast or on other devices, too?
