Bad connection/resolution in game menu

I have a bad connection/resolution in the game menu. When the games actually starts everything is perfect and good resolution. Stadia also says in the game menu that I have a bad connection (500mbs Fibre hard wired) and again, when I actually play the game, Stadia says perfect connection and dito resolution and performance. Why is that?

Maybe Stadia lowers the resolution in the game menus, but it's quite, and my connection doesn't change from menu to in game...

Weard? More people experience the same?

Yep, see this all of the time. Games start up fine, then as soon as the action starts the connection warnings start.

Do you mean when playing the game it is al working fine but when in the menu of a game the performance gets worse?

If so when is this you see the bad menu performance?
I notice sometime when I just start a game the connection starts ok but after a few seconds it shows that connection is great.

Is this the case?

Just read your post again and I think I wrong.
Are you saying when you press the Stadia button on your controller to ask for the Stadia menu the connection get's bad and the game performance goes down?
And if you exiting the Stadia menu the performance goes back up the way it should?
