2 Stadias Running - Bad Connection Lag

Hello Everyone !

Looking to get some traction on something that maybe unique. The wife and love Stadia - been in it since day 1.

All said - we are starting to experience ridiculous lag. It is connection based - so all other lag issues fall into this bucket.

Relevent Conditions:

Primary Source of Play - Google CCU (last Gen)

1 Gbps connection to the house

Eero Pro (3) Mesh Node System Hardlined CAT6

2K Sqft home with nice 5ghz coverage.

All bandwidth hogging activities are hardlined to a 24 port switch. Simple wireless - phones, etc, are Wifi on.

The lag is prevelent during hardlined, and Wifi connected play. Wifi play has been tested on both 2.4ghz and 5ghz with same issues persisted

all other bandwidth hogging activity is non existent during our playtime.

A similar - more absolute individual posted something similar - I believe forgetting to highlight the unique piece of this: it’s happening when two CCU Chromecasts and blazing away.

I have conducted your usual troubleshooting including resetting IPs / hard shut downs - cable swaps - node swaps - etc.

Any ideas?

How does your connection perform when not using stadia? Is it constantly lagging or occasionally?

Did you try to put your CCU's in a DMZ or NAT?
Maybe the Eero has firewall/threat detection has some hard time with two heavy streams at the same time?
