is there a cable for chromecast ultra with which I can replace the power socket? The accessories that I have seen from what I have read do not give enough voltage, thanks!

Is there a reason you want to do this? The power supply that comes with the CCU is designed to provide enough power as well as including the Ethernet adapter for the CCU. If the one you have now has been damaged, you can replace it with the same thing from Google: https://store.google.com/product/ethernet_adapter_for_chromecast though that appears to be out of stock at the moment.

Well it is powered by Micro-USB. So if your USB device can handle enough power to provide it should be able to do with a Mirco-USB cable. But please be sure to check the specs of the original powersuply and the used Micro-USB cable.

And ofcourse try at your own risk.
