Do you have your TV in Gaming Mode?
If so please try resetting your CCU (power cycle), and if that doesn't work try a factory reset of your CCU.

When I play multiple games regardless if I have 4k on or not, a line forms at the bottom of the screen and the gameplay lags behind.

After about 10 minutes of this the line of delayed gameplay slowly makes its way to the top of the screen before disappearing and returning again after about 30-45 minutes.

Anybody experience this?

I play on ccu with a 100mbps connection wired. Samsung 65 inch tv.
