Crackling sound on tv.

I have a crackling sound on my Samsung 4K tv using the CCU 4k (HDR) option in all games.The CCU is connected (wire) on a Fritzbox 7581 modem.The internet speed is 70 down and 20 upload.The picture quality is great,but the sound is crackling.

When I play games on 1080p the crackling is gone.Is this an internet speed problem?

Try this, on the phone open the google home app. Click on the device, then click on option( gear icon) search the enveloping sound and change input until it sounds good

Thanks,but sound keeps crackling on tv.But I'm happy that I can play on 1080 hdr with no sound problems!

That could be a internet issue.

Are you willing to try to connect your Chromecast Ultra with WiFi to see if the problem also occurs?

On wifi the sound problem is gone?But I have more issues like frame stutter and hicups on 4k setting.

It must be my connection,so I play on 1080p and hdr for now.
