The options menu is no longer accessible

I can no longer access my options menu from the stadia home screen. I don’t have the same kinds of options on the app. My subscription is up to date. Please could someone from Stadia help. Kind regards.

I'm sorry you are having this issue. I can imagine how frustrating that must be. Let's see what we can figure out here together.

What device are you using to play Stadia?
When you say options menu, which menu are you referring to specifically?
Would you be able to send a screenshot of what you are trying to access or what you are unable to access?

Depending on the answer to these questions, it is possible that you may be running Stadia on an unsupported device. While, Stadia does work with many options, we can only promise full functionality on officially supported devices. Please reach back out if you have further questions, or if we can help clarify anything else.
