I completely understand your feeling on this matter, with Stadia not available in South Korea. At the moment, there aren't news for new countries. I recommend you to submit feedback in the Stadia Help Centre and keep updates by following this community and Stadia official Twitter account

I am aware that Stadia is not available in South Korea and that honestly sucks, I'm a Stadia user as well and I was told by someone from support to use a vpn but there is no way to play with a vpn it lags a lot. I believe that there could be a large community over here with all the soldiers and the fact that Stadia is just cheap and most people here are trying to save money could make you guys a lot of money. I would love to introduce a lot of people to Stadia but unfortunately I can't. I know the Stadia team is working on moving the platform forward but I honestly believe that making it available to more people should be the number one priority.
