30fps on balanced mode (CCU, Assc odyssey)

Hi guys! If have a big question.. So I have bought Assasins creed odyssey today, but something bothered me... If I play on chrome on my PC I noticed that it runs at 60fps but when I play on my chromecast ultra the game runs at 30fps (both on balanced mode). Why is that? I would like to have 60fps on my TV, since this is the way I will be playing the most. I found it a bit weird that stadia is clearly able to run assasincs creed at 60fps but it wont on my chromecast ultra and all of the people I have spoken with had the same issue. As far as I know it is not an error in my setup causing this (playing via ethernet). Is this a know issue? Will it be fixed? Thanks for helping me out!

I think that is because the game runs at 1080p/60 through chrome but 4K/30 through CC.

same like red dead 2 1080/60 or 1440p /30 fps

It should be 1080p 60fps on balanced and 4k30fps on high quality on chromecast ultra.
