If you can, try the Chromecast in another TV, if no other TV is available try another power outlet, at least. Reboot your router. If that fails, you may need contact the Google Store about the Chromecast.

So this happend, I wanted to get rid of the screen laggyness by plugging in the cable but as soon as I did that my Chromecast just went to black. Its stuck in a reboot/g logo/black screen loop. Tried every reset, reboot, power cycle thing I found but nothing seems to work. Any other suggestions or where to ask for a replacement is highly appreciated! Things I've tried: - reset with side button - reset by unplugging power (15 minutes) - changing hdmi port - unplug everything, even TV, and waiting 15 minutes
