Samurai Shodown season pass content.

I purchased the season pass for Samurai Shodown but Kazuki Kazama is not available. He has already been released on all other platforms. Why is he not available on Stadia? Is this what we can expect for the money I spend on DLC going forward? Can I get my money back for the DLC since it's incomplete? @GraceFromGoogle

sorry that you haven't received any answer by now, your post was maybe going into the Nirwana^^

I would recommend you to first try if you can get a refund via the normal procedure:

Go to your order history on Google Play.
Click the 3 dots on the right side of the game you want to refund.
Click on "Request refund".

You can also check out this site to find out how to get a refund.

If this is not working, because of the refund policy, try to contact Stadia Support as they might be able to give you a refund.
