Are you using the original power cable that came with the CCU? Gonna sound like an odd one, but the CCU is unable to do 4K with most other cables due to power draw.

I have tried playing on my chrome cast ultra on my 4k tv. I've also tried on my imac (which is a 2021 model)

My broadband speeds I am getting is 200mb+

Any other suggestions?

Hiya @themckayfamily,

Did you try to set this within the game or with the Stadia menu? With the Chromecast Ultra it should automatically set this to 4k if possible.

On THIS support page you will find how to change the settings.

Or are you getting a message that your connection isn't good enough?

Thanks for the reply

On the chromecast

I have tried selecting 4k from within the game but it wont let me select it. Within the stadia menu it shows my connection as excellent. However it says my device is not supported for 4k or HDR. My tv is definitely 4k and I've checked on netflix which allows me

to watch UHD content. So a bit stumped

Another thing you can try is a different HDMI port if able.

Maybe you have a HDMI port that has lower specs as others?
