@mjs6661999 What device are you using when you encounter this issue? Have you tried the suggested actions like moving closer to the WiFi router or using a wired ethernet connection?

I have a 100mbps connection and I am able to play when my son download game on steam... It's pretty impressive. I think a good network hardware and a good internet connection is important here.

I’ve gotten similar issues before... but most of the times it’s because the connection is inconsistent even though my internet speed is..... and I’d get results like 70mb the first time I test but then sometimes I’d get 10mb or less on my second test right after the first.
