Stadia throttles internet connection

Hello all, (first sorry for my bad english)

I have a 50Mbits/s line from Telekom and a 4K monitor (DisplayPort) and play over Chrome via LAN.

However, 4K only works in the first few minutes, then Chrome automatically reduces it to 720p even though there is a lot more bandwidth available. (see screenshots). I have already tried the Stadia + extension. Every time I click on "Apply" it reloads and 4K is available for a short time but then it regulates back to 720p. Already changed my DNS Settings to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 --> didnt work.

Do you know how to fix this issue?

Maybe you can link this tutorial somewhere. I think a lot of other people have the same problem.
