Hi, I am very new to gaming in general and wanted to try Stadia because of the Promotion and get the Stadia Premiere Edition.

Unfortunately I did not realize that buying a game for CHF 60.00 does not qualify for the promotion, which requieres a minimum purchase of USD 59.99 in the US and EUR 59.99 in Switzerland (which is more or less CHF 65.00). @StadiaTeam As a suggestion for any upcoming promotions: Please state the minimum purchase price in a currency used in the specific country, because like this it has been a very unpleasant first experience with Stadia

Will there be a similar promotion soon?

@Huascar We don't know if there will be similar promotion soon, but looking at history, I'm quite positive that there will another one in the future. We had similar promotion for Cyberpunk 2077, Resident Evil 7 launches, and also for subscribing to YouTube Prime (or whatever it's called these days) so the odds of it happening again is pretty big. Keep an eye out for future promotions.

I do agree that the currency not being shown in your local currency is annoying. Make sure to submit feedback through the app.
