How does the subscription work?

Hi, what's the deal with the service here? I am happy with the game selection and stream quality but if I buy a game do I lose the game if my subscription lapses?

I'm not interested in having my games library held hostage to some monthly fee if that's how it works.

I can understand that I can't access my library if I haven't paid, I'm just concerned that I'll lose what I bought if I don't pay the sub for a month.

Hello @ababa123456,

The games you buy on Stadia are yours to play, even without the Pro subscription.
When you cancel Pro you still able to play the free to play games like Destiny 2 en Bomberman and your the games you have bought.

Pro subscription active:

Play Bought games
Play Claimed Pro Games
Free to play games
4K
Surround

Pro Subscription inactive:

Play Bought games
Free to play games
HD
Stereo
