on December 13 I bought the bundle but I have not received the email with directions for shipping the controller and chromecast

Did you check in https://store.google.com/it/orderhistory if you can see more details on your purchase? Do you see a charge on pay.google.com?

@Hypercrisssss To add to what AndroiFy said above, which I would ask you to kindly confirm, please also note that it might take upto Jan 15th for you to receive a code in your email which you then can redeem in the Google store. Since you already made the purchase before the promotion ended yesterday, you should still be entitled to a free bundle unless you live in Canada where the promotion closed early on Dec 10th.

I looked but there is no detail about the purchase. I read that once you have purchased the game in Stadia then Google will send you an email with the code to request the purchase of the controller and Chromecast. The problem is that that email never reached me..

I live in Italy and I made the purchase on December 13th..

IMO after the purchase it would be correct for google to send an email saying it has taken charge of the request. The fact that it ships in January is not a problem for me.

The email normally took a few days to receive, so my advice would be to contact support.

I talked to customer service and still hasn't solved the problem yet
