Is Cyberpunk deal still available?

My question is about "Free Stadia Premiere Edition with Cyberpunk 2077 purchase" offer. (in Germany)
Some news says it's sold out. But following offer detail page says,
If I order Cyberpunk 2077 before December 17, 2020, I can expect promo code before January 16, 2021
Since I couldn't find official notice that the offer is closed, I'd like to ask to someone official.

Yes, from what I understand the deal available until the 18th....

If the promotion is really closed, why the hell the announcement is still on and why they use a third party (reddit) instead of their own platform? I have purchased Cyberpunk just to get the deal, if I'm not getting any code I'll ask for a refund
