the problem is maybe not "if" it runs but "how" it performs.

You can test it by yourself and try to download the app or try to use the Chrome Browser. There is a free-tier for Stadia accounts, that why you dont have to pay money to test it.

it is officiallynot supported: https://support.google.com/stadia/answer/9578631. But that does not mean that it will not work.
