Unfortunately not, this is one of the major setbacks with the stadia and the main reason why I'm yet to buy a game.

They need to either fix their pricing or look into some kind of discount within a time period.

I guess selling the game is competing with the existing Stadia store.

They should allow us to gift the games to other users. And maybe we could trade off market.

I'm not buying another game until this is resolved.

No. With Stadia, as per the EULA, the content is licensed to you and not sold to you.

On Stadia, you have nothing to sell as you don't own anything.

Please read the EULA if you require further clarification.
