topic No picture in Stadia General

No picture

Trying to play Rise of the Tomb Raider today and there was no picture. Sound yes ... Something going on?

No, jokes aside, a couple of things to try that come to mind.

Do a Stadia shutdown and restart and see if that rectifies the issue.
Sign-out of your account and then sign back in again and see if that resolves the issue.
Open a session on chrome, start the game, check that its working, then quit that and retry on CCU.

Just a few things that may or may not help. If those things fail to resolve the issue, then I would raise a case with support and see what their suggestions are, especially if other titles are working just fine.

I have the same issue. Apparently only happens when plugging a headset by Jack. I continue to hear but the image goes black and I have to turn my TV on again.

I do have a soundbar connected to the TV and I don't know if it's that.
