How to shrink Stadia window on chrome?

I want to shrink my stadia window on chrome so that I can look at a different window sometimes while playing aswell. Is this possible? And if it is, how so?

Also useful is the following, if you want to force a window to a very specific size, typically used in conjunction with the above when running Stadia on a large resolution monitor and you want to maintain a 1080p window to run Stadia within.
